· Expiration is printed in Bold on the envelope and is ALWAYS 6 months after Auction Month, on the last day of that month
· There is no extensions on expiry date with the exception of business closures due to personal reasons. Extensions will be the equivalent to duration of business closure
· One Certificate Per Customer
· Individual Services are transferrable to a gift certificate for another person
· Must Always present gift certificate prior to service
· Gratuities are not included in gift certificates (No Cash Value)
· Gift Certificates can not be used on Holidays or week of Christmas
· Cancellation policy applies to Auction Certificates
· Failure to read Terms of Use and Conditions will not allow lee-way

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation.
This policy applies to no shows as well.
50% of your apt fee that day will be charged for
apts that are cancelled the same day. Your first
time you will receive a warning.
As we are apt only you need to book ahead you also need
to cancel ahead of time. Your apts will be checked and noted
in your file of a same day cancel.
You can make a note in your cancellation if you wish to have special
consideration for the cancellation.
Your cancellation can be done by email, phone or by cancelling online.
your apt is not considered to be cancelled unless you receive confirmation.
